Work Permit Requirements:

Once a students has a job offer or would like to renew their work permit, please email Ms. Jazmin at jsarabia@slusd.us (email heading title:Work Permit) with the following information:

• Students full legal name on Aeries
• Name of work site
• Position at work site
• Address of work site
• Supervisors full name
• Supervisors phone number

Please expect a 24 hour turn around or less, during school hours.
