EDEN AREA ROP

INTERESTED IN JOINING ROP?

  • The Eden Area Regional Occupational Program (ROP) offers courses in career preparation within 12 high demand industry sectors both at our center in Hayward, and through participating school districts. ROP gives students hands-on learning through Career Technical Education (CTE) curriculum which helps to develop employer-driven positive work attitudes and behaviors, and also preparation for continuing education and training after high school. Students on our campus can receive:

    • High school credit: Math, Science or Elective  *Depending on your school and school district*
    • Free College Credit
    • Industry recognized certifications
    • Internship experience

    At Eden Area ROP we believe that there are many pathways to success. Students on our campus or in the ROP courses at their high school find their road to success on one of the twelve pathways available to them- Public Services, Health Science and Medical Technology, Information Technology, Manufacturing & Product Development- to name just a few.

     

    ROP is offered to Juniors and Seniors. To apply, please go to your school counselor for registration.
