2017-2018 California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) Dashboard

  • San Leandro USD students in grades three through eight and eleven take a summative assessment each spring that is part of a comprehensive plan for high-quality teaching and learning. The Smarter Balanced assessments are computer-based tests that measure student knowledge of California's English language arts/literacy and mathematics standards. These assessments replaced the former paper-based, multiple-choice assessments for students. The statewide administration of these assessments take place each spring. The results are part of the testing program called California Assessment for Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP).
