          I am your child’s 6th grade history teacher. I am looking forward to getting to know your child in my classroom. I am committed to seeing my students get off to a good start and to having a successful 6th grade year.

         My students will be given history homework two nights a week, usually. The homework will be reading from the textbook, doing specific workbook pages, studying for tests and quizzes, or other assignments. 

         Students are to bring their student agenda/calendar to every class. They should write all of their homework assignments in the student agenda/calendar. The binder reminder can also be used for parent <--> teacher communication.
