    Ø  Applications available one at: http://mealapp.sanleandro.k12.ca.us/fma/ at all School Offices, Cafeterias, and the District Office.

    Ø  Available to all Households and only one application per household need to be completed

    Ø  Available in English and Spanish

    Ø  Households must reapply each new school year

    Ø  Notification of eligibility will be mailed to the home promptly within 10 working days of application being received 

    Ø  Prior Year Application Status is honored until a new application is processed, or this year October 9, 2011, whichever comes first.

    Ø  Verification of Applications is required each year and are selected on October 1. 

    §  A group of applications is randomly selected by the computer

    §  Status change may occur due to inaccurate information stated onthe application, or non-compliance of verification by the November 15thdeadline.

    Charging Policy

    Ø  Elementary School Students may charge the equivalent of one week of meals ($15.00) to their meal account. 

    Ø  Secondary Level Students (Middle and High School) may not charge any meals. 

    Ø  This information is listed in the District's Parent Handbook 

    Pre-Payment of Meals

    Ø   Cash or Check is accepted at the Student’s School Cafeteria or the District Office.

    Ø  Credit Card Payments can be made at www.mylunchmoney.com

    §  Parents will need student’s AERIES permanent ID # and birth date to register
