Welcome to my page!  Thank you for making me a part of your child's village . Ours is a classroom in which creativity, activity and fun are infused in day to day learning. We are dedicated to contributing to the success of each and every student by supporting them in realizing the highest level of independence possible.   I am an artist and a second-career educator.  For many years I worked in community organizing and development in addition to the performing arts.  My experience working in the rich communities of the Bay Area taught me the importance of having a "permeable" classroom.  We believe we are a part of the community in which we live and learn.  We make an effort to access the diverse learning opportunities and resources in this area.
