• English Language Advisory Council (ELAC)

    The English Language Advisory Council (ELAC) meets 4 times per year.  Members review programs for students who are second-language learners and learn about English Language Development instruction.  A parent is also elected to serve as Garfield's representative to the District English Language Advisory Council (DELAC).
