Book Reports are assigned every 5-6 weeks. Each book report assigned is about a different genre. Students will be expected to read the book, complete a written assignment, a project, and presentation to the class.
Written Assignments will be given for each unit students are learning in class. The written assignment will always begin in class, but will most likely become homework. Please check your student planner for these deadlines. A Teleparent message will be sent home when written assignment is given, and another will be sent a week before the assignment is due. I will also send a Teleparent message home to inform parents whether their child turned in the written assignment or not.
All reading assignments will be in-class assignments, except the book report.
