Hola! My name is Ms. Weidner (pronounced vide-ner), and I am thrilled to be teaching for a third year at Roosevelt. I love the diverse, supportive community of students, parents, and staff at our school. Prior to Roosevelt, I taught for two years in East Los Angeles. I have taught grades 2,3, 5, and summer school for 7th graders. I love working with students of all ages. After school, I lead a Latin Dance Company for Roosevelt students called El Futuro de Baile (The Future of Dance). In my free time, I enjoy dancing, cooking, reading, and outdoor adventures.
