I have been teaching in SLUSD since 1999.  When I am not teaching art to Wilson students, I am a professional artist, specializing in commissioned art.  People commission me to make realistic portraits of people and pets.  Please feel free to check out my professional website at www.samanthamiller.net.

 

At Wilson, 1st through 5th graders have art once a week for 45 minutes.  Our art class is a Choice-Based classroom, where students choose their art materials to make art personal to them.  Some students spend their time painting, drawing,  making collages and origami, or building sculptures.
